Home Screen: touch and hold an empty spot until the apps jiggle, tap Edit, then Add Widget. Search for QuoteWidget, pick a size and tap Add Widget.
Lock Screen: touch and hold the Lock Screen, tap Customize, then Lock Screen. Tap the space under the clock and choose QuoteWidget.
One folder on a widget: touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget and choose a folder.
How often does the quote change? Every 30 minutes by default. Change it in Settings > Change quote every.
Which quotes show on my widgets? The folders you switch on under Folders. With none on, all your quotes are used.
Can I hide who said it? Yes: Settings > Toggle “Show who said it.”
My widget isn't updating. Open QuoteWidget once; that refreshes every widget. iPhone may update widgets less often in Low Power Mode.
How do I back up my quotes? Settings > Export quotes saves a backup file. Import it again with Settings > Import quotes.
Can I change the language? Settings > Language: English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Português (Brasil), Svenska, 日本語 or 简体中文.
Is a quote wrongly credited? Email the quote and what's wrong. Quotes are checked against their sources, and corrections are welcome.
